What to write? That wasn't a question we had, it came naturally as the book came first then the idea to write it, publish it and get it in print came after. Have you found yourself going from Hero to Zero? I’ve been a professional athlete and get back up when I fall. I’ve flown some of the biggest jets in the world and know how to deal with emergencies. So how could I be falling and not know how to stop it? And when I looked down at my two young boys, 2-year-old Jake with big brown, puppy eyes and 6-year-old Finn with Leonardo DiCaprio blue, both with the look of the lost and confused, I knew I had to step it up and find a way.

So we wrote a book together, and it changed everything.
